まず国民健康保険には必ず入ってください。
日本での慣れない生活のため、病気になったり怪我をしたりするかもしれません。
日本は病院での治療費が高いです。国民健康保険に入ると、７０％は国が負担して、本人は３０％の負担で済みます。とても大切です。
これがないと、アルバイトできないことがあります。
また学校も留学生の保険に入ります。この保険は、学校の中や、通学時の事故などをカバーします。

You may be sick or injured due to new life in Japan.
The medical cost is expensive in Japan.
If you join the national health insurance, the government covers 70% and you pay only 30% of medical fee.
So this is very important.
If you do not join this, you may not be able to do part-time job in some cases.
The school also join the foreign-student insurance. This insurance covers the accidents in the school activities and in the trips to school.
