New life support pack
Sagami International Academy provides various support services for international students to come to Japan. The price is 20,000 yen as a set. Only if you live in Sagamihara city.

1) Pick-up from Haneda Airport to the academy or student dormitory (one way)
2) Opening a bank account, opening a Japan Post Bank account
3) Resident's card registration
4) Join the National Health Insurance
5) Part-time job introduction
6) Mobile phone contract support

Note 1) Please let us know your flight information (arrival date and time, flight number) at least 10 business days before your arrival date (e-ticket attached by email). The person in charge will meet you at the arrival gate. Haneda Airport only. Only those arriving at the airport can make arrangements from 5am to 8pm. For Narita Airport or outside the above arrival times, please contact us. Also, if no one else arrives on the same day, it will be +5,000 yen.


About permission for activities outside the status of qualification


If an international student works part-time in Japan, permission for activities outside the qualification is required. When you enter Japan, you can apply for a permit for activities outside the status of qualification at the airport. When you send the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the academy, we will prepare an application for permission for activities outside the status and send it together. Please complete the procedure at the airport when you enter Japan. The non-qualified activity permit application can also be obtained from the link below.
