Sagami International Academy has four dormitories near our school building.
・ Misono Dormitory (2 people / room, boys only)
・ Futaba Dormitory (2 people / room, girls only, commuting to school by bicycle)
・ Minamidai Dormitory (2 people / room)
・ Odasaga Dormitory (1 room apartment)
　

● Rent and utilities
The standard rent is 25,000 yen / month. The Odasaga dormitory costs 30,000 yen / month. If you wish to move into the dormitory, please pay the dormitory fee of 20,000 yen and the deposit (rent for one month) of 25,000 yen at the time of moving in.
The utility bill is basically the actual cost, but if you do not have a separate meter, you will be charged 8,000 yen / month.

● About equipment and futon
The dormitory is equipped with everything you need for daily life, such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and kitchen utensils. Internet is available.
You will need to purchase your own futon. If you purchase it at Sagami International Academy, it costs 8,000 yen. We will prepare it by the time you move into the dormitory.
