Qualifications for application
● Applicants must have at least a high school education (12 years of school education) in their home country.
(In Japan, applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling to enter a university or vocational school. However, if the applicant returns to home country after studying Japanese, 12 years of schooling is not required.)
● Applicants must have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5 (or have 150 hours of Japanese language study) for the purpose of learning Japanese.
● Applicants must have a reliable guarantor.
● Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application.
